Chilly B, MC in old school Hip-Hop group Newcleus ("Jam On It"), reportedly passed away today due to complications from a massive stroke that he suffered days ago. Sadly the stroke is said to have left him brain dead and in a coma. Chilly is survived by his wife Valerie and his sons Justin, Jason, Joshua and Isaiah.
